Raised near Helmdon · delivered free in Milton Keynes

Meat your body can actually trust

Certified organic, 100% grass fed beef and lamb. Pasture-raised, mobile-grazed chicken and pork. Delivered free across Milton Keynes.

Your monthly box of nutrient-dense beef, lamb, chicken and pork — every claim independently checkable, every farm one we know personally. Our beef and lamb are 100% grass fed and certified organic; our chicken and pork live outdoors on pasture, moved daily to fresh ground in a regenerative grazing system, not raised indoors on feed alone. No chemicals, no pesticides, no routine antibiotics, anywhere — from farms near Helmdon, Northamptonshire, and the handful of partners who meet the exact same standard.

Why it matters

Why our meat is different — and why that matters for your health

Supermarket meat can carry chemical residue from how its feed was grown, and routine antibiotics most of us would rather not eat our way through. Ours never has — every animal in a Nat Way Farm box is raised without chemicals, without pesticides, and without routine medication.

Beef & lamb: two certifications, not one

Our beef and lamb are grazing ruminants, raised on nothing but grass, pasture and time. They carry two separate, independently audited certifications:

Organic

Beef through Organic Farmers and Growers, lamb through the Biodynamic Association. This covers inputs and welfare standards.

Pasture for Life

A 100% pasture and forage diet for the animal’s whole life. No grain, no soya, no cereal finishing, ever.

Very few local suppliers can claim both.

Chicken & pork: honest about their diet

As omnivores, chicken and pork genuinely need grain to grow — “100% grass fed” was never a claim we could honestly make for them. What we can promise: UK-grown grains and legumes, always soya-free and GM-free, with no chemical residues or routine medication anywhere in the process.

Grain is only part of the story, though. Both live in their natural habitat out on pasture, moved daily to a fresh spot — foraging grass, insects and roots for a diet far richer than feed alone. That daily movement regenerates the land beneath them too, building healthier soil year on year and making it more resilient to extreme weather.

What this means for you

Slow-grown, pasture-raised animals simply make for more nutrient-dense meat. And if you’re managing histamine intolerance, autoimmune issues, or gut health, our low-histamine option (details below) means you don’t have to choose between quality and comfort.

A real person behind every box

Questions, swaps, problems — you’re talking to the farmer, not a call centre.

Honest about price

What your box is actually paying for

Milton Keynes has a few good local farms selling meat, and we’re glad to see more people choosing local over supermarket, however they get there. But “grass fed” and “regenerative” aren’t protected terms — the same words can describe quite different practices, and price is usually the tell.

The corners we don't cut

Meat gets cheaper when a farm grain-finishes animals in their final weeks, applies a grazing method only when it’s convenient, or skips the cost of independent certification. None of that makes a farm dishonest — it’s simply a different set of choices.

We’ve made the opposite choice, on the corners that matter most for your health:

Your choice, either way

If price matters most to you, there are cheaper options out there, and that’s a perfectly reasonable choice. If you want meat where every claim is independently checkable and built around what your body needs, that’s what we’ve built Nat Way Farm to be.

Your box

What's in your box — entirely up to you

Every box is built around what you actually want to eat, not what we want to send you.

Beef

Certified organic, 100% grass fed beef

Dry aged for flavour and slow-finished on real pasture, from a trusted farmer near Helmdon. Prefer it un-aged? Selected low-histamine cuts are available too (see below).

Lamb

Certified organic, 100% grass fed lamb

From Hannah’s regenerative flock in Lincolnshire, with selected low-histamine cuts available.

Chicken

Pastured, GM-free, soya-free chicken

Moved daily to fresh grass, raised by hand, by us, near Helmdon. Naturally low-histamine.

Pork

Regeneratively raised, GM-free, soya-free pork

Free to root and forage, sourced from our Somerset farmer Fred. Naturally low-histamine.

Want a beef-only box? Done. Prefer to leave out lamb entirely, or pork, or chicken? Just tell us — you can exclude any meat type completely, every month if you like. It’s your box.

Cuts work the same way. We offer all the everyday favourites you already know how to cook, plus some less common cuts if you fancy trying something new. Recipe ideas come with your first box either way, so nothing sits in the freezer unused.

Low histamine

Low-histamine meat boxes

If histamine intolerance, autoimmune issues, or gut health mean you have to think carefully about what you eat, we offer a low-histamine option.

Chicken and pork are naturally low in histamine, so every box already covers you there. For beef and lamb, we’ve selected specific cuts — mince, certain steaks, and certain joints — that skip the dry-ageing process (dry-ageing is what raises histamine levels over time), so you get the same certified organic, 100% grass fed quality without the histamine load.

Just let us know you’d like the low-histamine option when you sign up, or mention it any time, and we’ll build your monthly selection around it.

“4 meals” is a minimum, not a strict item count — some packs are generous enough to stretch further. A beef-only small box, for example, might land as sirloin steaks, Denver steaks, stir-fry strips and beef burgers, but a pack of non-prime steaks often gives you two meals from one item, and a joint easily covers a second meal the next day. Choose 2 people, and every item is doubled up in size, sized for two throughout.

Everything arrives frozen, so worth checking you’ve got the freezer space for a large box before your first delivery — most standard freezer drawers handle small and medium comfortably.

Not sure which to pick?

Small suits a household trying us out or eating meat a couple of times a week. Medium fits most regular meat-eating households. Large suits bigger families or anyone stocking up the freezer for the month.

Step by step

How your local subscription works

01

Pick your size

Small, medium or large, scaled for 1 to 4 people — see the pricing above.

02

Tell us your preferences

Exclude any meat type entirely, favour certain cuts, or leave it to our monthly default. Once you set an exclusion, it stays in place for every future box until you tell us otherwise — no need to repeat yourself each month.

03

We deliver, free, across Milton Keynes

No delivery fee, no minimum order, straight from farm to door. Everything arrives frozen and well packaged, so it keeps at its best and you can cook it whenever suits you, not the day it lands.

04

Your box lands monthly

5 days before each delivery, we email you a suggested meat selection along with a list of cuts you can swap in instead. Not keen on the default? Swap it before it ships. Over time we get to know what you actually like — and your suggested selection gets more accurate every month. Need a different schedule? Just let us know and we’ll sort it.

05

Cook with confidence

Every box comes with simple recipe ideas so nothing goes to waste.

No minimum commitment — pause, skip or cancel any time, no penalty.

Our standard

Regenerative farming, wherever it comes from

This isn’t a marketing word for us — it’s a genuine outcome we can point to. Every farm behind your box manages its animals in a way that rebuilds soil, locks carbon back into the ground, and gives wildlife room to thrive — tall meadows, hedgerows and margins left undisturbed, more habitat rather than less. Beef, pork and lamb come from farmers we chose because they hold to that same approach, not because they were the nearest or the cheapest.

Every box you order backs land being restored, not depleted — some of it 30 minutes from your kitchen, some of it further away, all of it farmed the way we’d farm it ourselves.

Four years and counting

More than a subscription — a relationship

We’re not trying to sign you up and move on to the next customer. Some of the families we deliver to have been with us for over four years now — long enough that we know their preferences without asking, long enough that they’ve become part of our family, not just a name on a delivery list.

That’s what we’re actually building: not people coming and going with the next trend, but a farm that feels like theirs too. The more you’re with us, the more your box reflects exactly what you and your family like to eat — and the more you’re genuinely invested in the land and animals behind it.

What our meat box customers are saying

I am a regular customer and receive a meat box every month, and I am always so happy with it. The quality of the meat is amazing, and it tastes so much better than meat from the supermarket.

I first ordered the smallest one possible (have since increased) which had minced beef, minced chicken, pork loin and a beef fillet. They all come frozen and are well packaged.
