For customers who already know us

Your Regular Box

A personal arrangement, built around exactly what your family eats.
Some of our customers don’t need to browse a menu. They know what they want, they know how often they want it, and they just need someone they trust to make sure it’s always there. Your Regular Box is for them — and if you’re reading this, it’s probably for you.

What is Your Regular Box?

It’s exactly what the name suggests. You tell me what you want — whether that’s 20 chicken legs every three weeks, a mix of beef and lamb each month, or a specific selection your family has come to rely on. We agree a value and a schedule. And then it just happens.
No choosing from lists every month. No reordering. Just a personal note from me a week before your box is due, to let you know it’s on its way and ask if you’d like any changes.
It’s the arrangement I offer to customers I already know — people who’ve been ordering regularly and deserve something that fits how they actually eat, not how a standard subscription box is designed.
“You tell me what you want. I make sure it’s always there.”

How it works

01

Get in touch

Drop me an email or give me a call. Tell me what you usually order, how often you need it, and roughly how much you spend. We’ll have a quick conversation to make sure it works for both of us.
02

We agree your selection and schedule

Together we settle on your usual items and a delivery frequency — every 2, 3, 4, or 8 weeks, whatever suits your household. We also agree a box value so I can plan and prepare your meat properly.
03

Your box is prepared

I prepare your meat exactly as agreed — cut, packed, and frozen to the same standard as everything that leaves this farm. No shortcuts, no substitutions without asking you first.
04

You get a reminder the week before

A week before your box is due, I’ll send you a short note to let you know it’s coming and give you the chance to make any changes. Same items as last time, unless you say otherwise.
05

Your box arrives

Local customers in Milton Keynes and surrounding villages receive free delivery. Nationwide customers receive their box via courier (£10 delivery).
06

It repeats, without you having to think about it

That’s it. Your regular box, your way, on your schedule. You stay in control, and I stay in touch.

Choose what works for your household

Your Regular Box is available from £120 upwards, depending on what you need and how often. These aren’t rigid tiers — they’re a starting point for our conversation. If your family’s needs sit somewhere in between, we’ll find something that works.

Not sure which value suits you? Just get in touch and we’ll work it out together. There’s no commitment until we’ve both agreed the arrangement suits you.

Is Your Regular Box right for you?

This arrangement works best for customers who already have a clear sense of what they want from us — and who value reliability over variety.
It’s for the family who goes through the same cuts month after month and doesn’t want the faff of reordering. It’s for the customer who discovered our chicken and now wants to make sure they never run out. It’s for people who care deeply about where their meat comes from and want a trusted, ongoing relationship with the farm that produces it — not just a box that arrives with no story attached.
If you’ve been ordering from us regularly and haven’t yet had this conversation, I’d love to hear from you.
“I remember every customer I work with. At the scale we operate, that’s not a marketing line — it’s just true.”

From the farm

A note from me

I started Nat Way Farm because I wanted to know exactly where my food came from. Now, years on, I’m in the fortunate position of being the person other families turn to for that same certainty.
Your Regular Box came about because some of my most loyal customers were doing what you might be doing right now — ordering the same things, regularly, through the standard shop, and hoping it was always in stock. It felt like I should make that easier for them.
So I do. We have a quick conversation, I understand what they need, and then I make sure it’s always there. It’s one of the parts of this business I love most — knowing that a family in Milton Keynes, or somewhere across the country, is sitting down to a meal that I helped make possible, in a way that felt personal and considered from both sides.
If that sounds like what you’re looking for, please get in touch. I’d be happy to chat.
