FAQs

Can I change the delivery day and time slot?

If you are covered in the free delivery zone, you can change. Call or email us with your new preference.

If you are covered by the courier, let us know. We generally tend to deliver in the middle of the working week as if anything should go wrong, they can redeliver the next day and the meat is still frozen.

I live on the edge of your free delivery area. Any solutions?

Yes, we can offer you a discounted delivery price of £5.99 if you live within 2 miles of our free delivery zone.

I’m going on holidays, what should I do?

You can pause your monthly meat subscription from Your account. Or call us or email us and we will do it for you.

The courier delivery seems expensive. Can it be lowered somehow?

We can send 2 months-worth of meat to you so that the delivery charge is half for each delivery and comes out cheaper. Contact us if you wish to use this option.
