- Creating a No Dig Bed: Learn ground preparation, cardboard laying, compost sourcing, spreading, and more.
- Crops for success: Learn how to grow the most common crops in the garden that yield best and learn the best practices of how to manage them throughout the season – from potatoes, cabbages, tomatoes and more.
- Module seed sowing: Discover the best seeds to buy, propagation techniques, pricking out, and transplanting.
- Direct seed sowing: How to directly seed plants into beds, using a quick method.

Our in-person course will teach you all the ins and outs of chicken processing, whether you are a homesteader or a beginning farmer wanting to learn the skills. From despatching, plucking, eviscerating to the final product, you’ll leave with the skills and knowledge needed to process your own chickens at your own farm or homestead. - Set up of processing premises

But that’s not all, we’re open to other enterprises as well. Whether you’re interested in dairy farming, running a market garden, or something similar, we’re excited to collaborate with you!!!
We have an accommodation on the farm, which you may use temporarily.
Once you’ve reaped the fruits of your labor, you can sell your produce via our farm shop and meat boxes. It’s a great way to reach customers who appreciate high-quality, locally-sourced products.
