Cook long just like a turkey, and leave to rest for at least an hour before carving for the best result in tender and moist meat.
This product arrives frozen. We keep chickens only outside on pastures (they never go in a barn) and they are seasonal due to unpredictable winter weather conditions in the UK. Therefore, this chicken had the best of late summer and autumn, with plenty of grass and herbs.
